1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Qlyp, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Qlyp lets you photograph an item to receive an estimated resale value, market and demand information, and an auto-generated listing draft. It is an informational tool to help you decide what to do with your items.
3. Valuation disclaimer
All values, price ranges, and demand indicators are estimates generated from available market data and may not reflect what an item will actually sell for. They are not appraisals, offers, or guarantees. When an item cannot be identified confidently, Qlyp does not provide a value. You are responsible for your own pricing and selling decisions. 4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant Qlyp a limited license to process them to provide the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Qlyp to value, list, or facilitate the sale of illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or restricted items, or to violate any law or marketplace policy. You must review and approve any listing before publishing it.
6. Marketplaces
Qlyp is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay or any other marketplace. Marketplace features help you prepare and publish listings; the marketplace controls payments, shipping, returns, disputes, taxes, and buyer behavior. See our Marketplace Disclaimer.
7. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through the app store or our web payment processor and renew until cancelled. See our Subscription Terms for billing, renewal, and cancellation details.
8. No warranty
Qlyp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qlyp and TruVueIQ Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates. [Attorney: confirm limitation, indemnity, and cap language.]
