Delete your Qlyp account
You can permanently delete your Qlyp account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Qlyp app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Review what will be deleted, confirm, and your account is removed.
Request deletion without the app
If you can't access the app, email support@getqlyp.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Qlyp account.” We verify ownership before deleting and confirm by email when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your Vault — every item, photo, and estimated value
- Scan history and saved listing drafts
- Tags and QR records
- Connected marketplaces (eBay is disconnected and access revoked)
- Your preferences and account profile
What may be retained
Minimal billing and transaction records may be retained where required by law or by the app store that processed your payment. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your Qlyp account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you may continue to be billed.
